Dinghies - Part 2
Part of a group of work I’ve produced called Harbour Series. Slowly swimming around Manly & North Harbour capturing images of the day, from early dawn through to midday.
A lot of waiting and planning when into this shot. I needed a sunny day with a high tide mid-morning (for the perfect angle of light), Many hide tides in the mornings came through yet the weather was not clear. Many clear mid morning days came through but at the wrong tide. Finally came through this week..., after 5 months, jackpot!
A beautiful calm and peaceful morning spend floating around North Harbour Reserve through to Fairlight Beach. These waters are often home to a number of sharks. The Dinghies lean up against the bush near Davis Marina.
