Shipping Domestic

All orders are printed and framed etc to order and takes approximately 1-3 weeks from the time you place your order. We will keep you updated on its progress as it goes through its journey so you can be ready for its arrival.

• Prints Only - 6-8 days

• Framed/Canvas/Acrylic Mounted - approximately 2 weeks.

We use couriers wherever possible however in some remote locations, Australia post is our only option.

Shipping International

Please contact orders@urbanripples.com for international orders. 

Returns

Please note that we only accept returns is the product has been damaged during shipping etc. We must be notified within 24hours of receipt of any damage.

If damage has been caused during transport, we will replace the product free of charge.  

Cancelling an Order

Please note once, an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. This is because all products are made specifically to your order.
